TRX RIP TRAINER CLASS

Functional training is here! TRX Rip Training utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to   provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination       challenges.

Rip Training utilizes elastic resistance that  allows for high-speed, low-load rotational movement training or low-speed, high-load rotational movement training.

This class holds only 10 participants- so first come first serve for every class. Class lasts 45 minutes. Oxford Y for Now Only-
